Derisa is the AVP of Organization & People on AC Ventures’ value creation team. With a background in management consulting and leadership advisory, Derisa works closely with founders to develop people strategies that allow startups to succeed. She specializes in implementing tailor-made organizational designs, securing the right talent, and addressing related pain points.

Before joining ACV, Derisa was a consultant at Egon Zehnder, where she provided solutions in executive search, board advisory, team effectiveness, organizational design, and transformation. She began her career in Ernst & Young’s advisory for transfer pricing and international taxation. Derisa’s diversified background and extensive experience in management consulting enable her to provide comprehensive solutions to founders.

She holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Political Science in International Relations from Parahyangan Catholic University. When she’s not working, Derisa can be found doing endurance training such as running and swimming five days a week. Her passion for sports parallels her dedication to helping founders build successful businesses.
